CRDs no longer have any green CSR fields

Describe the bug
A recent check-in to main (probably by Derek) has inadvertently broken the MC-1 CRD as described in the title. Happens for all CSRs and all CSR fields.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. On branch main
2. Run ./do gen:crd_pdf[MC-1]
