LDevice.LLN0.ldNs namespace, if absent, has to be taken from the parent LDevice

In the case when a LDevice has a relation "RefersToHigherLevelLdevice" with a parent LDevice, the namespace of the child is the one of the parent, and it is not mandated that it is present in the LLN0 in that case.

Currently, the validation raises this error (and should not)

I don't have the error anymore, when the namespace is defined in the parent LDevice, and not in the child LDevice
