Feature Request: Support for Mistral AI Voxtral Model (European Voice Optimization)

Hello 👋

I wanted to ask whether you are planning to support the Voxtral speech model from Mistral AI.

Voxtral performs significantly better with European languages and accents compared to many existing speech-to-text models, and support for it would be extremely valuable for users working with:

• French
• German
• Spanish
• Italian
• Other European languages and accents

Is integration with Voxtral currently planned or under consideration?

Hi @flefevre ! I can add support for voxtral. I just took a look and it doesn't look too bad at all. I'll add an option to use voxtral in the upcoming releases. I haven't yet finalized on the roadmap for the next releases but this doesn't look too hard to add. So soon.
