A coming job get re-processing multiple times if all workers are busy

This could be reproduce when there are more jobs (more than > 2x num workers) get enqueued. For example I enqueued 4 jobs and observed there were more than 4 whisperx processes in background.

Happy to make PR for this once we are all confirmed. I use main branch.

Hey ! Apologies for the late response. It's been a bit chaotic as I was working towards pushing out the new release.
So I might have accidentally fixed this when I refactored the code. Let me try to replicate this on my end today and get back to you on that.
