Add <slt:ignore> into error message

Sometimes error could contains filenames, line numbers, etc. So, It would be nice to add slt:ignore to error message, as it's done in output. By now slt:ignore doesn't work with query error

Can use query error <regex>?

But <regex> is single-line and I want multi-line error output
