There's a lot going on, so I've been trying to structure it a bit better. If you haven't read it, M&T Risk are "Risks due to the differences between reality and the internal model of reality, and the assumption that they are equivalent. "

I'm covering hype-cycles, use and abuse of metrics and the way in which organisations and whole societies deliberately and accidentally fool themselves.
