GPS not working in INAV 8

Can't enable GPS for EU, Cn and RU satellites. It is automatically disabling after reboot. I have used UART port 1 for GPS. Please help me fixing the problem.

What GPS module are you using? Some GPS modules do not support EU, Chinese, and Russian satellites.

I am using UBLOX M8N GPS. Also USB VCP port is not showing , is that a problem?

The USB VCP port should be visible. Which INAV version are you using? You can try a different version instead of the one you're having trouble with. Test if the same problem exists there. Write the result as feedback here.

I am using INAV 8. I have also tested INAV 7 and the USB VCP is visible there.

In INAV 8, I tried to turn off the GPS auto config using cli set gps_auto_config = off , it works as long as the board is powered. When I power later, the GPS turns red. But GPS seems working fine without the CN, EU and RU satellites enabled. Same auto disabling problem also happens in INAV 7.

I have tested your INAV 6 and 7.1.0 firmware of blackpill. The mentioned problem is not present there.

Hello, from your description, the problem seems to be caused by the STM32F405RGT6. I will conduct a detailed investigation when I have time and will let you know the results here.

It seems like a firmware issue or something went wrong while compiling. Please update the files as soon as you fix the problem.
