I think I see what's the problem. It installs the Ok, I will address this in the next release. (Will make it on the weekend.) The #324 is also need installation directory change. So, it's better to make install directory related changes once. |

I wasn't sure about updating to latest Bear due to complexity concerns (at least those visible from a packaging perspective), since a simple python application is much easier to reason about than the huge CMake build system of current Bear. It also requires more dependencies, though I appreciate that it was easy to determine which ones. The need to use it as |

Sorry for the late response, but no, unless you want to take over maintenance. I no longer use Bear and as the rewrite in Rust required too much work, I have orphaned the package |

Currently many distribution's packages have a half year old (or older) version of this project.
I am wondering if there is anything blocking from this project side to use a more recent version?
