Checkbox being set to opposite value after version bump

Current Behavior

We did a version bump from 5.23.2 to 5.24.1 and the Checkbox component from the mui module was being set to the opposite value. We bumped mui, validator-ajv8 and core. It seems the issue is either with validator-ajv8 or core.

@jonas-peek Can you please provide either steps to reproduce or, possibly a CodeSandbox with the before/after. Or maybe screen shots of the before/after? And possibly a shared playground link with the after being clearly visible

Hi @heath-freenome. This is how we are using the component

The component displays as expected (unchecked before you click it, checked after you click it). However, when the value is grabbed when the form is submitted after the version bump, the hasCompletedROI value is true when the checkbox was never clicked. Everything works as expected before the version bump.

Hey there! This issue seemed to be reintroduced when we bumped @rjsf/utils from 5.23.2 to 5.24.3.
