Upgrade mui to V7, dropping earlier versions

With MUI v7 dropping deprecations added in v6 and renaming Grid2 to Grid, we need to upgrade to 7 and drop support for earlier release in the v6 beta

What is the effort required for something like this? I have a new project that is using v7 and I'd love to get this library working with it.

@JohnValanidas Expect mui 7 support in the RJSF v6 beta by the middle-to-end of May. We will be releasing the first version of the v6 beta by the end of April.

@DudeFactory support for MUI 7 is coming in 6.0.0-beta.8. I need it for my own work so it is happening. Can't get all the breaking changes into the system all at once :)
