Allow filter to include searching by owner / org name

Rationale

Allows search to be done with org & user names

Currently testing a solution locally. Curious if there was interest in this being included and if there were thoughts on how it should be done. Currently just adjusting the filter SelectRepos/index.js#L87 to include node.owner.login

No objections to adding this feature, sounds useful! There are actually unit tests for that file (the project doesn't have the coverage I would like it to) so you should be able to test your changes. Always have to do some manual testing as well though unfortunately.

Happy to review any changes you make. Hopefully all the CI for the app build is still working, its not been used for ages 🙈

Awesome! I'll get a PR opened soon. Do you think it should just be part of the search results by default or should there be a toggle to turn on and off the owner filter?
