Allow the user to specify multiple input files rather than just one #27
Description
Recently I got some data to use as input to breakfast, and rather than being one big input file they provided the output from multiple nextclade runs. While it wasn't so difficult to extract the data we need and combine it all into a single file, it would be ideal to just allow the user to specify all files as input and have breakfast read the required data from all of them.
