Removal of edit and delete commands

Hello everyone,

I'm planning to remove the following commands because I don't believe they are used:

• git edit-coauthor
• git delete-coauthor

Both can be easily achieved by opening the .git-coauthor file and making required edits.

The following command can open the file in your editor git mob -p | xargs [your editor].
