This is the way it is done in open plan - This would change the number of steps so check implications for top ribbon/overall design. Also have a quick check on offgridplanner if this is something that technically works but just not yet migrated.

As in - check if optimization results already exist for the given scenario and serve them, and only re-run optimization if explicitly desired.
