Create a preferences pane in the System Preferences.

The main purpose of creating preferences pane in system preferences insead of default app settings is this request

• Hide from menu bar request #8

Possible pane options:

1. Open at system startup
2. Allow notifications from Device change notification #11
3. Classic/New style select option macOS Big Sur look and feel #13
4. Show or hide from menu bar
