explicitly document makeopts flag #782
Description
I never cared about ALARM, but now that i686 support is officially ended and the ArchLinux 32 community maintained fork is active, the need to use the makepkg -A flag might become more common.
Document the hidden makeopts procedure/hack (see #610) in the man page, and maybe add a new explicit config option.
