Libation should make some errors more obvious

This common error should have a custom error handling to tell the user what went wrong and how to fix it. It would eliminate a decent qty of trouble tickets:

There is not enough space on the disk.

We can still go through the normal logging steps, and also display a simple, easy to understand box so the user knows how to proceed.

Also consider if there's a generalizable solution. I can't think of any right now, but surely 'disk full' isn't the only well-known issue that such an approach could help.
