How is your hard drive space? These kinds of error can often happen when you're running low.

I'm downloading onto an external HD with over 1.6TB open space

Are either of these files present? If yes, close Libation, delete them, restart Libation, and see if the error persists: LibationContext.db-shm, LibationContext.db-wal.

Do not delete LibationContext.db -- this is your database

Other users having this problem have resolved it by updating the journaling mode of their database:

sqlite3 "~/Library/Application Support/Libation/LibationContext.db" "PRAGMA journal_mode=DELETE;"

If you are not on MacOS then you will need to update this command with the correct path to your LibationContext.db file.
