Update Frequency

There seem to be an awful lot of updates being released for the UK Bin Collection add on. I appreciate that development is moving on at quite a pace and thank you for that. However, restarting HA (what seems like) several times per week seems excessive.
Could updates be grouped into less frequent (but more comprehensive) releases perhaps? Two per month seems ample to me?

To be fair, we rarely have a time like now where there are ten updates in a week. Most of the regular contributors (myself included) try to bundle councils and fixes into a single PR; but other contributors may only add a single council or fix, or the repository/actions may need reconfiguring, each of which triggers a new release (since the HACS addon is just a copy of this repo).
