These two councils are actually generic scrapers for councils that use them.

To keep things consistent and avoid questions like #1420, does anyone mind if I split them each into their own council entry in input.json?

I can see that GooglePublicCalendar is a special case that creates an entry in Home Assistant. I suppose this is the correct decision as duplication is best avoided.

Do you mind if I use the 'nice name' for these to keep them consistent with the other councils? e.g. TorfaenCountyBoroughCouncil = Torfaen.
