Trouble in the hills - Highlands Council configuration problem

Hi, I've got the integration set up. I'm using the Highland Council information. When I try to configure it, I get an error saying:

`Failed setup, will retry: Unexpected error: No connection adapters were found for 'python collect_data.py HighlandCouncil https://www.highland.gov.uk -u XXXXXXXX'

The Xs in the above error message are replaced by my unique propery number in the actual set up. I've tried configuring the settings with the UPRN only in the URL string and also with the UPRN in both the URL sting AND the UPRN field.

I'm starting to get a bit out of my depth here, any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Any other information required to fault find this? Thanks.
