Open Data Search #190
Description
A new search page must be created, following the same design and behaviour as the existing search pages, and dedicated to Open Data with individual filter options.
Open Data search must be added and made accessible via a quick link from the existing tiles on the start page
This should be implemented after model v5 is introduced
