Hi

is possible add support for build with Qt5 toolkit?

i make a changes in the CMakeLists.txt to support it, but (because i'm not a coder) have a problems with http://sl1pkn07.wtf/paste/view/ec8b74ab

I am not actively maintaining this project. It is unlikely that I will get around to fixing this soon. However, if you raise a pull request then I will happily review it, test it and maybe even merge it in. Cheers.
