reduceSellTax() Function

This function reduces the 16% sell tax to 3%, matching the buy tax so the token has a 3/3 tax.

Here are the tax variables in my old contract standard:

        buyMarketingFee = 1;
        buyCommunityFundFee = 1;
        buyDevelopmentFee = 1;
        buyTotalFees =
            buyMarketingFee +
            buyDevelopmentFee +
            buyCommunityFundFee;
 
        sellMarketingFee = 6;
        sellCommunityFundFee = 6;
        sellDevelopmentFee = 4;
        sellTotalFees =
            sellMarketingFee +
            sellCommunityFundFee +
            sellDevelopmentFee;

I want them changed to be the following:

        marketingFee = 1;
        communityFee = 1;
        developerFee = 1;
        buyTotalFees =
            marketingFee +
            communityFee +
            developerFee;
 
        sellMarketingFee = 6;
        sellCommunityFee = 6;
        sellDeveloperFee = 4;
        sellTotalFees =
            sellMarketingFee +
            sellCommunityFee +
            sellDeveloperFee;

The new reduceSellTax() should just change the sell tax to be the regular three buy tax fees so the buy & sell tax are the same.

Just like the tax boolean in #5 that makes taxes conditional, this one should be a sell tax boolean set to true by default to use the sell tax variables above. The reduceSellTax() function should change this to false and bypass the sell tax fees & use the regular tax fees on token sells.
