Maybe you are too close to this...

But, all Image inputs (Img2img, ip2, ip2, ip3) have to be populated with at least something for it to work.

I deleted example.png a long time ago.

Yeah that’s expected behaviour. You can set it to any images and it won’t have any effect unless the ip sliders are more than 0.

That message is just feedback. Just means it will use the default flux model. If you set the workflow to depth for example, the messages will instead say it will select the depth model.
