UI to allow configuration changes

I love the app and the work done is amazing!
Something I find disturbing though is the lack of buttons in the UI to make configuration changes.
Mainly, I am talking about :

• A button to send the import-data and/or build-files command
• A page where you can

1. Edit HR zones
2. Add Resting HR/Max HR
3. Add weight, and time of measurement
4. Add FTP, and time of measurement

• Some buttons on the gear maintenance page to reset certain tags defined in the config

Those are some ideas, and I think it would be a nice addition as I host the service on a homelab, and having to ssh to make small configuration changes such as add a weight measurement is quite a burden compared to the sheer simplicity and beauty of the app.

There's a good reason why we don't allow to configure settings via a UI:

• More UI Settings #1873
• Ability to import and build files via remote calls #745
• Allow to configure app settings via UI #583

Long story short, I wont't implement this because I don't want to implement any user authentication or authorization. There is someone who made a separate Docker image to manage settings via the UI, but I'm not sure if it's up to date with the latest settings.

This is impossible, you have to reset and manage them by tagging your activity titles in Strava
