• Notes are linked to test suites.
• Notes shall be encrypted.
• Notes are stored in . files in test suite folder.
• Notes contain lists of arguments, include and exclude tags. All of these can be used or saved from Runner fields.

Weren't we planning to implement Run arguments saving like mentioned in #1842?

This feature also includes that. We will have free text field, and list list like for the arguments.
