Tag settings is lost if canceled the dialog "Ask Tags Added to Modified Tests at Start Up" #46

Robot Framework 2.0.4 (Python 2.5.2 on win32)
The 'tags_added_to_modified_tests' setting will be cleaned, if the user
cancel the dialog at mabot start-up. In generally, the 'Cancel' means that
need not updating current setting, but not restore to default setting.
