Removing an application in yarpmanager does NOT remove the file #2497

Describe the bug
Removing an application in yarp manager does not remove the xml file from the directory and as a result the application is loaded again if yarpmanager is restarted, making removing pointless.
To Reproduce
Open yarpmanager, right click on any application and remove. Restart yarpmanager and the application will reappear.
Expected behavior
That the application is permanently removed.
