Missing autoload.php file

Hi,

I want to thank in advance for the wonderful work you do mantaining this library we all rely on.

Today, updating my composer I started to see this error:

NOTICE: PHP message: PHP Warning: require(/home/site/wwwroot/vendor/robrichards/xmlseclibs/vendor/autoload.php): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/site/wwwroot/vendor/robrichards/xmlseclibs/xmlseclibs.php on line 43
NOTICE: PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Failed opening required '/home/site/wwwroot/vendor/robrichards/xmlseclibs/vendor/autoload.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/site/wwwroot/vendor/robrichards/xmlseclibs/xmlseclibs.php:43

It seems that the file xmlseclibs/vendor/autoload.php is missing.
Do you think, this is an issue you can fix?

The vendor-directory is not part of this library and is maintained by composer.
You must be installing this library in the wrong way..
