Example: Login redirect to Login?

I am trying to use the AspNetCore.Identity.PostgreSQL. Thank you.
I do: Login as a new user->Error->Register a new user->Ok
Then I do Login , it does sign in, ok but after Controller Login(2) worked ok, immediately method Login (1) called and Page is not redirected to the Home/Index etc
