Emails have line breaks after 4096 bytes

I think this is inserted by sendmail. In one instance it broke the HTML as it put a line break `<\ntd ..." which isn't allowed and broke the rendering.

I suspect we need to apply some form of content encoding? Likely @dinosaure knows

As far as I can tell, the email has the right Content-Type:

But I suspect a buffer issue (someone else tries to write something concurrently) if something appear at 4096.
