Lease logic not working in sim (?)

As far as I can tell, the most recent commit breaks the simulated lease logic in sim. Specifically, we get caught at this line https://github.com/robustrobotics/spot_tools/pull/31/files#diff-7588367867c9801cea52d137f79f1de3bd5839f9ea194b5ba6ab5dfb61f2e00bR193 , I assume because we don't simulate the lease name properly?
