Error Git: cannot spawn .git-hooks/pre-commit

Hi here

I had this issues with every git commit

a simple addition of #!/bin/sh at the beginning of the pre-commit file allowed to solve this.
Being on windows 11 with a multitude of programs having their own terminals, I imagine that conflicts were present.

I wonder if I could have solved otherwise, or if it can be interesting to add this terminal specification on the repo?

Looks like a good fix : I made it a commit in main 30aa020
