FR: Disable caption generation

Unfortunately the closed captions that Mux generate for my client videos are pretty rubbish.

It would be great to have the option to not automatically generate them for uploaded videos. It doesn't look like Mux offer this in their dashboard.

I note the docs mention different language support might be coming, so just a request for this to be considered too.

@sunscreem Thank you for that suggestion. It’s very reasonable, especially since the auto-generated caption didn’t work well. We will look at this in our updates.
