How to allow alt+arrow_left keybind to move to previous/next word ?

I've gotten used to hitting alt+arrow_left and alt+arrow_left to move the cursor back or forward a word.

In Ghostty (without prise) it works well but in a prise session it stops working, instead of moving the cursor it prints b or f.

I suspect it has something to do with the fact that Ghostty has the following bindings:

keybind = alt+arrow_left=esc:b
keybind = alt+arrow_right=esc:f

Is there a way to make these keybinds work inside prise (or maybe it's just something with my setup) ?
