Editing web book part 2 03-application-servers.md and 04-database-servers.md (#2140)

* Sentence simplification
* replace conjunctions with words
* remove passive voice as much as possible
* replace we with the recommended "you"
* strip out errant spacing and tabs
* Fix duplicate heading issues (feels like these should be sub-chapters to avoid this issue)
