Global view of all packages (NEVRA-P Management)

As Peridot stores all packages globally, we need a way to manage the relationship between not only NEVRAs and Projects, but specific build tasks.

Generally:

Peridot should be able to present to the user what project is using/building what package, including NVR's and other details.
