Assign a Creative Commons

According to the Ian Bjorhovde @idbjorh answer in IDUG, I think this book could use a Creative Commons license like Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International. With a specific license the original work from Graeme and any improvement will remain with the same rights, and prevent from any unfair use.

This is for sure a very good idea. I'll read the license terms (I have little experience using this kind of licenses) and put it in the code. Maybe it would be also good to insert Graeme sentence from Ian's message in the book (to explain why we are doing it). Your opinion?
