How to create a toolbar?

I noticed that there is no interface or API here tha helps you create a toolbar, which i kinda need. How do i create a compatible toolbar with this crate?

@bozohi To create a toolbar, you have to make a few low level calls. I plan to implement a high-level abstraction to it, though, just like the other controls.
