Override Signal value comparaison

In previous Signal version 4.x, we were able to supply an overriding comparator to
val != _value and _previousValue = _value to have precise control over how to trigger a signal update.

We miss this equivalence in advanced cases with last major update.

It means that now we can only rely on wrapped T equals().

Yep I reworked it and will be out on v5! Should be a part of the PR I am working on! I wanted to introduce a global and local override now
