Country Flag Plugin for CounterStrikeSharp?

I'm running a CS2 server with CounterStrikeSharp and I'm looking for a plugin that displays country flag emojis (🇷🇴, 🇺🇸, etc.) in the scoreboard ClanTag, similar to what Swiftly's Country Flags plugin does.

I know Swiftly has this feature, but since I'm using CounterStrikeSharp, I can't use Swiftly plugins. Does anyone know if there's a similar plugin for CounterStrikeSharp that automatically detects player country via GeoIP and displays flag emojis in the scoreboard?

Currently, I'm using K4-System which shows country codes (RO, US) as text, but I'd prefer actual flag emojis like I've seen on other servers.

Any recommendations or GitHub links would be greatly appreciated!
