Valve generates info_deathmatch_spawn automatically, is there possible way to call that function?

The game generates this entity across the map automatically, except there is an info_map_parameters entity with the keyvalue disableautogenerateddmspawns 1

CCSGameRules.SpawnPointsRandomSeed seems like the seed when generating random spawnpoints.
