ReplicateConVar does not work on mp_drop_knife_enable

Some of the settings are not fully replicatable as I saw.

For example if you replicate the mp_forcecamera to 0, when its being 1, the button shows up on your HUD to change the observer mode with SPACE, but when you press it, it's still blocked.

Yeah I would put this down to just Valve, despite the ConVar having the flag, the behaviour itself is down to how the game handles it.
