Give ropm --omit=dev option?

When installing packages its useful for production release

I'm not sure this would actually work, as it would exclude your devDependencies. Our recommendation is to install ropm as a devDependency (instead of globally), so I think this might end up uninstalling ropm while running ropm install --omit=dev.

I'm open to discussions around this though, like perhaps another configuration that installs these ropm packages in some other directory so it doesn't conflict with the parent directory?

This issue can be closed, we are using --omit=dev now as of 0.11.0
