Include drillhole azimuth information in downhole points generation

Hi Roland,

Huge fan of this plugin. Thanks for all of your work developing and maintaining it!

I've been playing with the Downhole points generation option and would like to display the downhole depths as lines oriented perpendicular to the drill trace, but I can't see an easy way of calculating this from the point files alone. Is there any way you could include those data during the point generation, so we can then use a thin bar to represent the downhole depths?
