There is a proprietary part, which is in the "online-payments" package as you can see from the error message, which is added as a submodule to this repo. I started an effort to make it possible to replace this to your own payment provider implementation in the payment-handling branch, but did not finished it.

In Slovakia, we are slowly having full-time testing every now and then. And they came up with the idea that each city had its own reservation system and yours came to me as a friend.

This is the pull request I started separating the payment and billing system: #15
but you would still be required to implement your own provider.
Will you use a payment provider or would your service be free?

The above mentioned https://github.com/rollethu/noe/compare/payment-handling branch has to be finished, merged and after that a Noop or Free Payment service can be implemented, which doesn't require payments.

Hello @kissgyorgy and @Batu90 this project is a great work, I am looking forward to you changes to make this app run without a payment service for completely free of charge testing.
