📝 Describe the refactoring task
The current navigation menu needs to be refactored for better structure and maintainability. Also, add animation when selecting or switching between menu items.
📍 Code location
Header, DropdownWrapper, NavItem, SchoolMenu, SchoolItem, DropdownContent components.
ℹ️ Additional context
This refactoring should not affect the current visual appearance or core functionality. All existing behavior should remain intact. The current animations will be replaced with updated ones based on the new design specifications.
