Anybody know that why is the rule is far from the number (attached the printscreen)?

@kovacsdongo first, check if the resolution of your document is 72 pixels/inch.

If it is 72 pixels/inch, please, put your PS file into Dropbox (or any other public storage) folder and send me a link, I’ll try to figure out what’s going on here.
