please share working link to download casia webface dataset

I've been looking for this dataset for quite some time. The only link they provide is on a Chinese site that requires registration by the phone number that I am not eligible as I am a non-Chinese. Please anyone who has a working link outside china, so we can download this dataset for research purposes. I notice some research on face recognition also uses this dataset.
